We stayed the night in the museum lower down on the access road. This is quite an experience, once in a lifetime some would say. I have been fortunate enough to stay here twice now.
The initial approach trail is well established, easy to follow and a very scenic route. Majority of the route once you gain the ridge is at high elevation.
