2015 Vail Back Bowls

In 2015 when I still had the Epic pass my partner and I often enjoyed days at Vail when treated with powder in the back bowls. That area is some of my favorite resort terrain, especially on powder days.

This day we lucked out with traffic on the way up and got to the resort without issue to enjoy powder conditions.

We spent the morning and afternoon hopping through trees shredding gnar powder while it continued dumping snow all day. This was one of those epic days on the mountain! Endless powder, superb conditions and wonderful company!

The tree runs that day were stellar and spread out with some lovely bypasses in and out of the back bowls. Such a memorable powder day in the high country!
