March of 2019 my partner and I took a return trip to Squamish and Vancouver with a day trip planned to ride at Whistler Resort.

We stayed in Squamish British Columbia, one of our favorite spots just south of Whistler. We drove the short distance from Squamish to Whistler early one morning to grab lift tickets and take some runs at the resort.

We rented gear this trip rather than bringing our own just for ease of travel. Once geared up we headed up the mountain for a casual day exploring the resort runs, mostly on easier terrain.

The views on top were spectacular and we met nice people in the gondola on the way up. Great conversations with some locals from Vancouver. We parted ways on top and took off in search of our first objectives.

We kept to the frontside of the mountain for a chill day of riding on mild lines and enjoyed exploring a new-to-us ski resort. A stellar day riding at Whistler, soaking in views of British Columbia and enjoying everything the mountains had to offer!
